Katherine Harris joined Apogee Equity Partners in 2016. She is an accomplished and successful professional with extensive experience guiding the Apogee team through the complex and multi-faceted process of negotiating and successfully facilitating business sale transactions.

At Apogee Equity Partners, Katherine ensures smooth operations and oversees the Apogee administrative team. She collaborates with Apogee M&A Advisors to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, normalize financial statements, and assist with due diligence.

Before joining Apogee Equity Partners, Katherine was the Director of Business Integration at a prominent manufacturing company. She managed the Information Technology, Financial Analysis, and Commercial Operations Groups. She is a proven leader with expertise in financial matters, process management, and project implementation.

Katherine has a Bachelor of Finance from the Darla Moore Business School of the University of South Carolina. She holds the Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB) designation and real estate licenses in South Carolina and Georgia and is active in the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
